CompTIA A+ Training – Itʼs Never Too Early To Start!

CompTIA A+ Training

How about becoming CompTIA A+ Certified while still in High School? Well thatʼs what two Everett High School students, Zachery Morelli and Suniel Soto did with the help of a partnership between the Everett Public Schools, the Cisco Networking Academy and Bunker Hill Community College. The two Everett High School seniors are now certified to work as Computer Support Technicians.

Zachery and Suniel took part in a satellite program that allowed them to receive the same training as an online college level course. They had access to the written material and hands-on applications and computer simulations that are essential for young students who are interested in a career in information technology.

Just like QuickCert’s CompTIA A+ Training, Zachery and Suniel had to learn areas such as installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security, troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills to work with clients. After completing the course, students will know hardware, laptops, motherboards, processors, memory, CPU, troubleshooting theory, preventative maintenance techniques, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS, cables, connectors, network types, security concepts, security technologies, viruses, malware, communication and professionalism.

Congratulations to both Zachery Morelli and Suniel Soto for showing everyone that itʼs never too early for CompTIA A+ Training with QuickCert!
